He was predeceased by: his father Roger Dale Blevins, Sr.; and his brother Dale Blevins, Jr.. He is survived by: his close friend Vicki Stone; his children, John Blevins, Jr. (Kim) and Melissa Momcilovich (Seth); his grandchildren, Brooke and Ariel; and his brother Jim Blevins (Cindy).
