With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jennifer C. Weaver of Kirkwood, Pennsylvania, born in West Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 15, 2024 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Richard Carlin and Janet Carlin (McDonald) of Oxford; her husband Edward Weaver; her children, Kaitlin Weaver (Chad Henderson), Darby Weaver (Elliot Smith) and Wesley Weaver (Theresa Moran); her stepson Matthew Weaver (Jaime Weaver); her grandchildren, Rhiannon Weaver and Jane Weaver-Moran; and her siblings, Todd Carlin, Melissa Tillotson and Aimee Clarke.
