He was predeceased by: his parents, W. Norval Broomell and Hettie McCoury Broomell; and his brother William Broomell. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Reyburn Broomell; his son David Broomell of Kirkwood; and his grandchildren, Erin C. Broomell and Justin D. Broomell.
