He is survived by: his caregiver Denise Temple; his siblings, Ralph Berkey, Robert Berkey, Debbie Flaud and Mary Lou Flaud; and his daughter LeeAnn McHugh Bilbrough (Laura Williams). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
