We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2022, at the age of 90, Floyd L Hershey of Kirkwood, Pennsylvania, born in Lampeter, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra L. Hershey and Anna L. Hershey (Landis); his former wife Rachel M. Hershey (Harnish); his stepdaughter Jewel Wenger; his great grandchild Julianna Rose Hershey; and his brothers, Earl L. Hershey and Walter L Hershey.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Wenger Hershey (Landis); his children, R. Eileen Newcomer (Paul), F. Leslie Hershey (Lois Groff) and Carl E. Hershey (Julia Naugle); his stepchildren, Judy (Curt), DC of Washington, Janice Sizemore (Steve) of Lawrence, KS, Joanne Geib (Ron) and David Wenger (Naomi Ruder) of Three Rivers, MI.; and his sisters, Anne Miller (James) and Arlene Harnish (R. Edwin). He is also survived by twenty grandchildren, and thirty-seven great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at Union Cemetery, Kirkwood on Monday, April 11 at 10:00 a.m. Kindly omit flowers. Memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Vernon Christian Church at the above address.
