Sheaffer of Kinzers, Pennsylvania, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 29, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Sr. Sheaffer and Elizabeth Keen Sheaffer; and his sister Anna Mary Tangert. He is survived by: his wife Mildred F. "Millie" Kauffman Sheaffer; his son Rod J. Sheaffer; his close friend Juanita Smoker of Kinzers; his stepgrandchildren, David, Alicia and Jasmine; and his siblings, Virginia Garver of Paradise, Donna Meshey of Ephrata and Charles Jr. (Gail Sheaffer) of Ronks.
