He is survived by: his parents, Marlene Kleiner (Coady) and Carl Duke Sr.; his brother Terry Duke; his spouse Bernard App; his former wife Debra Ferretti; his daughters, Margaret Duke (Rina Duke) and Lauren Goodwin (Todd Goodwin); his grandchildren, Isabella (Izzy), Abigail Goodwin (Abby) and Dev Duke; and his brothers, Carl Duke Jr., Pat Duke and Chris Duke.
