She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Elechko and Salomeja Elechko (Zloto); and her grandfather Frank Zloto. She is survived by : her husband Theodore Phillips; her children, Christine Englehart (Dale), Dr. Rochelle Speier (Drew Speier) of Kingston, PA and Theodore Phillips (Cindy); her grandsons, Hunter Englehart (Chandra), Tanner Mazur (Zack), Michael Koury and Theodore Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Charlestyn and Huntson Englehart.
