He is survived by: his wife Susan Minsavage of Kingston; his parents, Marian Thomas and Timothy Thomas (Kansas); his brother Peter Thomas; his sister-in-law Diana Steele; his nieces and nephews, Mariana and Eliza Jane (Ohio); his sister Julie Thomas (Kansas); and his cousin Minsavage. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
