She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert C. Rinkenberger and Marjorie Rinkenberger; her husband Joseph Survilla; her daughter Deborah Ann Parrish; and her husband William of Sandy, UT.
She is survived by: her sisters, Lois Hampton of Kingston, PA, Betty and NJ; her children, Marjorie Kaihau and Joseph Survilla (Patricia) of Mountaintop, PA; and her son-in-law Robert Parrish of Shavertown, PA. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild, nieces, and nephews.
