Shirlow of Kingston, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 12, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his sisters, Patricia, Joanne and Betty; his daughter Richelle Shirlow Degnan; his granddaughter Bailey Degnan; and his friend Beverly Fiascki.
