It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mildred C. Walsh of Kingston, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 25, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter P. Schneider and Mary S. Woelkers Schneider; her husband Robert; her siblings, Joseph, Raymond, Leo, Bernard, Paul Schneider and Mary Schneider; her son-in-law Bill Opet; and her grandchild Scheidel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ruth Scheidel (Joseph), Janet Socquet (David), Nancy Opet, Donna Lombardo (Salvatore), Teresa Walsh (Mark Thomas), Mary Helen Dogal (Michael) and Karen Mahon (Mark). She is also survived by her 18 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
