He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel E. Pensak and Florence Rubel Pensak. He is survived by: his wife Lois Meyer Pensak; and his siblings, Susan Cohen (Bob) of BenSalem, Cindy Pensak of Cherry Hill, NJ and Marc Pensak (Shelley) of Shavertown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
