She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Morris Schiowitz and Mollie Schiowitz (Sommer); her spouse Sidney; her daughter Carol Mager; and her grandchildren, Jay Mager Donohue, Brianna Andersen, Megan Donohue Preuss and Phil.

The family asks that any contributions made in Jackie's memory be made to Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem for research or the charity of their choice.
