He is survived by: his daughters, Ellen Horowitz, Nancy and Joann; his grandchildren, Hannah Summerfield Gonchar, Andrew Horowitz and Zachary Horowitz; his great grandchild Jordan Horowitz; and his sister-in-law Lynn Gonchar.
