George Papadoplos Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Papadoplos (Kingston, Pennsylvania), born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 15, 2020 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter G. Papadoplos and Sophia Papadoplos (Carelas); and his wife Helen Makrides Papadoplos. He is survived by: his sons, Anastasius (Stacey) and Peter G. (Judith); his grandchildren, Anastasia Conrad (Daniel), Stephanie Ewald (Edward), Jason Papadoplos (Ashlee), Christopher Papadoplos (Randi) and Nicholas Papadoplos (Candice); his great grandchildren, Grayson, Hadley, Leighton, Xander, Aven and Aurora; his sister Catherine Phass of Alexandria, VA; and his sister-in-law Froso Papadoplos. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Services will be private for the family due to the pandemic.
