She was predeceased by: her parents, John Grencavage and Blanche Yanulavage Grencavage; and her daughter Brittney Kozemko. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Kozemko; her daughter Adrian Kozemko (Kingston); her grandchildren, Ellianna Lutinski, Vayda and Aria Gerardi; her sister Debra Grencavage; her mother-in-law Ursula Kozemko; her pet Maggie; her son-in-law Michael Gerardi; and her close friend Marlene Watson. She is also survived by nephews; aunts, uncles, cousins and numerous friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Nat Gawlas Jordan Funeral Home (89 Park Ave, Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Diane's memory to the Blue Chip Farms Animal Refuge, 974 Lockville Road, Dallas, PA 18612.
