He is survived by: his wife Carolyn D'Amico (Astuto); his children, Carolyn Kennerly and Anthony John D'Amico, III (Jodie); his grandchildren, Ava, Ronan, Kaitlyn, Patrick and Ryan; and his great grandchild Kiana.
