He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Finagan and Marie Hollers Finagan; his sister Kathleen Foster (Phil); and his nephews, Matthew Foster and David Kurdyla.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Finagan (Post); his daughters, Melissa Selenski (Larry) of Dalton, PA, Janine Gutierrez (Joe) of Shavertown, PA and Breanne Finagan of West Wyoming, PA; his grandchildren, Adalyn, Grace, Alyse and Bridget; and his sister Ellen Sdobnev (Eugene) of Tucson, AZ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
