We are sad to announce that on June 13, 2020, at the age of 85, Ray L. Bills of Kingsley, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Bills and Mary Bills (Collier); and his brother Gerald Bills. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Bills (Hine); his children, Michael A., Sandi Bills and Penny Lee Bills; his grandchildren, Hannah, Shaun, Haley and Megan; his stepgrandchildren, Misty Rose and Marshall; and his sister-in-law Sharon. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Due to the Coronavirus restictions only 25 people will be allowed in the Funeral Home at one time.
