He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carol Allen (Robert Licolli) and Anthony Allen (Nichole); and his siblings, TJ Allen, Rebecca Allen, Charles Orfe, Spencer Fisher, Jade Rodriguez, Joshua Allen and Carson Allen. He was also cherished by his loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
We recently lost our beloved Timothy and are seeking donations to give him the memorial he deserves; any contribution, big or small, would mean the world to us.
