We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2022, at the age of 68, Suzanne H. Mullett of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, born in Bamberg, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Henry Hicks. She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Dziembowski (Peter), Suzannah Spinelli (David Connor) and Jaclyn Gospodarek (David); and her grandchildren, Benjamin, John, Alessandra, Nola and Ryan.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Suzanne to the PKD Foundation, PO Box 871847, Kansas City, MO 64187.
