Osborne of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 28, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Osborne and Lillian Osborne (Mills); and his brother Arthur Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Arlene D. Osborne (Davis); his children, Robert A. Osborne (MaryAnn) and Karen Brown (Mark Threatte); his grandchildren, Sean Osborne (Kara), Nichole Brown (Cory Chalmers) and Jessica Brown (Ryan Harrington); his great grandchildren, Madelynn, Sarah and Noah; his sister Gladys Keddie; his sister-in-law Chris Osborne; and his niece Linda Osborne.
