He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearson and Gladys Nippes Bob (Shaw); his son Robert E. Nippes, Jr.; and his sister Jean Malloy. He is survived by: his wife Marianne L. Nippes (Carpenter) of King; his children, Linda Huller of King and David Nippes of Glenwood Springs, CO; and his granddaughters, Rhiannon and Cassandra Huller.
