He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Adams and Marylou Adams; and his brother-in-law Michael Trudnak. He is survived by: his wife Christy Adams; his son J. R. Adams; and his siblings, Eileen Incontrera (Guy), Barbara Pickeral (Albert), Patti Adams, Nancy Stout (Tom), Greg Adams, Jean Trudnak and David Adams (Cassie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
