She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Shaffer and Ethel Shaffer (Harman); and her son Dane A. Klinger. She is survived by: her husband Carl R. Klinger; her son Lance N. Klinger (Lori) of Bethlehem; and her grandson Mark Klinger.
She spent most of her life as a piano teacher; beginning when she was 15 up to just recently with COVID forcing her into retirement.
