He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hornyak and Mildred Hornyak of Kingston, PA; his daughter Meredith Roussey; and his sister Mary Carol Hornyak. He is survived by: his wife Yu "Elma" Feng; his daughter Stephanie Warlick (David) of Berwyn, PA; his brother G. Robert Hornyak (Joanne) of Mechanicsburg, PA.; and his grandchildren, Connie Thompson, Lauren Roussey, Amanda Roussey, Lily Warlick and Daniel Warlick.
