He is survived by: his son John P. Mullen Jr.; his grandchildren, Dr. Patricia, Amico, Marianne Harris, Kathleen Mullen (Barry Forbes), Michele Mullen, Jeanne Prim (Joseph Prim), Shauna, Kaitlin, Tim, Marian, Tom and Danny; and his brothers, Francis, Joseph and James Mullen.
