He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Kuhna and Susan Kuhna (Hustak); and his siblings, Stephen, Michael Kuhna, Dorothy Freed and Florence Tomzuck.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ann Kuhna (Evelyn); his children, Gary M. Kuhna (Kristine) and Sharon Kuhna (Jim Davis); his grandsons, Kevin M. Kuhna and Mark S. Kuhna; his great grandchild Colton Kuhna; and his sisters, Anna Marie Lauro, Elizabeth Warman and Mary Venezia (Harry).
