He is survived by: his wife Terry Stevens (Freyvogel); his children, Suzanne Butler (Jack), Michael Stevens, David Stevens (Christine), Phillip Stevens, Robert Stevens and Laura Bednar (Joseph); his daughter-in-law Lynda Stevens; his grandchildren, Shannon Butler, Amber Butler, Emily Kerins (William), William Stevens, Matthew Stevens, Ana Slack (Bryce), Jenna Bednar and Alexandra Bednar; and his stepgrandsons, Eric Butler (Lynn) and Andrew Musetti.
