With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Dellaquila (King of Prussia, Pennsylvania), born in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 8, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Dellaquila and Dolores Dellaquila (Kirk); and his siblings, Franklin Dellaquila, Tony Dellaquila and Mary Ann Dellaquila.

He is survived by: his children, Linda (Tom Toth), Donna (Jack Urie), Susan (Pete Tammaro) and John Andrew Dellaquila; his grandchildren, Krista, Michael (Kirstin), Julia, Nicole and Lucia; his great grandchild Adalin; and his sister Diane Simon. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and life-long friends.
