He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Welding and Elizabeth Welding (Cunius); his wife Mary Lou Welding (Strogen); and his brother Peter Welding. He is survived by: his children, Lizanne Mills (Malcolm) of Upper Darby, Jennifer Welding of Wayne and Sean Welding (Morgan) of Phoenixville; his siblings, Joseph Welding of Havertown, Catherine Walsh (John) of Avalon, NJ, Elizabeth Welding of Broomall, Mary Ann Schenck-Welding of East Norriton and Francis Welding (Catharine) of Erial, NJ.; and his grandchildren, Danielle, Isaiah John and Sunny Louise.
