He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl G. Whiteley, and Marie Whiteley, Sr.; his child Douglass Arthur; and his brother Warren W. Whiteley. He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, Rosemarie Whiteley, Mary Virginia Whiteley (Sonny Collier) and Shan Jordan (Roger Jordan); his grandchildren, Joshua, Natasha, Michael, Mark, Melanie, Mackenzie, Kenzlie, Elizbeth and Amanda; and his siblings, Patricia Lou McHatton, Earl W. Whiteley, II and Alan Whiteley.
