He was predeceased by: his parents, Peng Phongphachone and Van Phongphachone. He is survived by: his spouse Sythone Phongphachone (Chan); and his children, Nena Barnes (Robert) of Pottstown, Penny Phongphachone of Miami, FL, Alex Phongphachone of St. Petersburg, FL, Vasana Phongphachone of Norristown and David Phongphachone (Melissa) of Norristown. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
