He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul L. Kelly and Genevieve Kelly (Corrigan); his daughter Karen Ann Kelly-Johnson; and his brothers, Paul L. Kelly, Jr. and Richard F. Kelly.
He is survived by: his wife Theresa Kelly (Mainieri); and his children, Gerald J. Kelly Jr., Kathleen Borowski (James), Sandra L. Dworecki (Walter) and Michael Kelly (Cheryl). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
