He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine P. Fulmer (Ginder); his parents, Frank C. Fulmer and Marie F. Fulmer (Hagan); his son-in-law Richard G. Lagocki (Shorty); his grandson Michael Fulmer; his great grandchildren, Kevin P. Barr, Jr. and Sean M. Barr; and his siblings, Frank C. Fulmer, Jr. (Reds), Nancy Wilmarth (Frank) and Mary Freeland (Harry).
He is survived by: his daughter Denise Lagocki (Peter Shelinsky); his granddaughters, Tara Maines (Danny Maines), Colleen Lagocki (Jimmy Dougherty) and Rachel Barr (Kevin Barr); his great grandchildren, Ryann Rhoades-Maines, Daniel Maines, Colin Barr, James Dougherty and Ayden Dougherty; and his sister-in-law Joan Fulmer.
Friends may call at the Dinan Funeral Home, 1921-23 Spring Garden St., Phila. on Tuesday, December 22 from 7 to 9 p. m. and on Wednesday morning from 8 a. m. until 9:30 a. m. Interment Valley Forge Memorial Gardens, 352 S. Gulph Rd., King of Prussia, PA DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS FACE MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL BE FOLLOWED.
