Perkins of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, born in Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 8, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob H. B. Smith and Antoinette Smith; her husband Douglas Perkins, Sr.; and her sister Annie Jane Fidler of Jacob, H. B. She is survived by: her children, Florence C. Bullock (Jon) and Douglas Perkins, Jr. (Donna); her grandchildren, Christine, Erin, Katelyn and Lauren; her great grandchild Aisling; and her siblings, Mary Ann Yurick (Larry), Thomas Smith (Rita), Robert Smith and Michael Smith.
