She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Dobrzynski and Lillian Dobrzynski (Sokolowski); her son Thomas; and her sister Theresa Mundy. She is survived by: her children, James (Deborah), Lisa (Mike) and Michael; her granddaughters, Courtney, Emily and Kelsey; and her nephews, George, Greg and Chris.

Donations may be made in her honor to the Philadelphia Chapter of the ALS Association.
