She is survived by: her son Richard Bouknight; her daughters-in-law, Kelly and Tonya; her aunt Mary Anne Champion; her uncle John Newton; her siblings, Alta Smith, Margaret Dickerson, Renee Johnson, Marva Robinson and Gene Newton; her grandchildren, Galen, Marquis, Richard and Nigel; and her great grandchild Mahaya. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
