He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Ann Klinger (Shaffer); his parents, Mark Klinger and Vesta Klinger (Troutman); his son Dane A. Klinger; and his sisters, Frances Shomper and Eileen Mattis.
He is survived by: his son Lance N. Klinger (Lori) of Bethlehem; his grandson Mark Klinger; and his stepgrandson Joseph Kressler.
