She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Gutshall and Artchura Gutshall (Schaefer); her husband John R. Derk; and her sister Marsha Buskey. She is survived by: her daughters, Shelly J. Hammer (Bob) of Jeffersonville, PA and Melanie L. Rehm of Havertown, PA; her grandchildren, Ian Hammer (Shauna), Carly Hartman (Billy), Shane Hammer, Tyler Rehm (Kendra), Kassidy, Courtney and Madison Rehm; her great grandchildren, Collins, Trent Hartman, Brenna Hammer and Genesis Wells; and her sister Cynthia Schuback of Zionsville, IN.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in her honor to St. Matthew's United Methodist Church of Valley Forge, 600 Walker Road, Wayne, PA 19087.
