He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert S. Forster, Sr. and Velma H. Forster (Stanbery); and his brother Robert S. Forster, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Gail Forster (Harris); his children, Andrew Forster (Jennifer) of West Chester and Erin McIntyre (Michael) of King; his grandsons, Alexander and Carter Forster of West Chester; and his sister-in-law Bebe Forster of Wayne.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Arthur's memory to a charity of the donor's choice.
