He was predeceased by: his sister Linda Franklin. He is survived by: his children, Jen Harley of Merrimack, NH, Katie Cogdill (Ron) of Avondale and Andie Bumbulsky (Pete) of Honey Brook; his grandchildren, Mackenzie, James, Chris, Samantha, Meghan, Hannah and Peter; and his siblings, Michael Franklin and Robyn Haines.
