He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert MacCart and Augusta Allman MacCart; his son Alfred A. MacCart, Jr.; and his brother Robert MacCart. He is survived by: his children, John G. MacCart (Mary Wolf) and Marjorie M.; his daughter-in-law Laura MacCart; and his great grandchild Due. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to: Church of the Saviour's Love in Action Fund, 651 N. Wayne Ave, Wayne PA 19087.
