He is survived by: his parents, Albert Fonda and Helen Fonda; and his children, David, Mark, Jill Allen (Michael), Elaine Fuguet (Michael) and Janet Zorn (Mark). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
