He was predeceased by: his father Edward Ondek. He is survived by: his mother Helen Ondek; his fiancée Karen C. Jacobs; his brothers, Edward Ondek, Rich Ondek (Carol), Dave Ondek (Sally) and Tom Ondek (Katy); and his nieces and nephews, Marla Timms, Tracey Ondek, Eddie Ondek, Melanie Ondek Miskis (Jeff), Christine Hagan (Greg), Rachel Ondek, Michael Ondek, Tom Ondek (Rachel), Matt Ondek, Andy Ondek (Sarah), Mason Timms, Madison Timms and Micah Miskis.
