He was predeceased by: his father Clyde Berwick; and his nephew Jonathan Kalb. He is survived by: his wife Karen Berwick (Downing); his sons, Clayton Berwick, Travis Berwick (Danielle) and Ethan Berwick (Leann); his grandchildren, Carly and Ellie Berwick; his mother Evelyn Berwick (Pancoast); his siblings, Sherry Kalb (Ken), Donna Donovan (Tom) and Steve Berwick (Joanne); his mother-in-law Joyce Downing (late Ed); his sister-in-law Nancy Sullivan (late Barry); and his nieces and nephews, A. J. Sullivan, Christopher Sullivan (Jamie), Kenneth Kalb (Katie), Joshua Kalb, Samuel Kalb, Thomas Donovan, Steven Berwick, Janelle Porta (Craig), Alyssa Donovan and Antonia Berwick.
