He is survived by: his wife Roberta E. Drake; his children, Sarah Polaski of Washington, DC and Ivan Polaski of Moon Township, PA; his granddaughters, Lydia and Gabriella Polaski; and his siblings, Dorothy Liscinski of St. Marys and Eugene Polaski (Kathy) of Erie.
