He was predeceased by: his parents, Isadore Wilhelm (Camel) of St. Marys and Monica Collins Wilhelm (Minabel) of Kersey. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Swanson of Dagus Mines; his children, Amy Wilhelm Rhed (David) of Brockport and Kevin Wilhelm (Amy) of Murrysville; and his grandchildren, Randall, Abigail, Alyson and Kailey.

Any memorial contributions should be directed towards the Mario Lemieux Foundation, Two Chatham Center, 112 Washington Place, Suite 1661, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, a foundation for blood cancer, for the great appreciation the family had for the care Tom received during his illness.
