Gallagher Jr. of Chadds Ford, PA; her daughter-in-law Karen Gallagher of Kennett Square, PA; her grandchildren, Maureen, Colleen, Melissa, Jill, Patrick III, Kate and Sean; and her great grandchildren, Zach, Aidan, Kim, Anya, Lila and Declan.
